John Fairbanks is our Director of Finance and handles the financial relations for over 150 clients.
Brian is a leader in sales and a driving force for the company. He leads a talented team of sales managers as well as continuing strong relationships with a multitude of our clients.
Patrick applies his background in broadcast to help his clients maximize the impact of their events, as well as coordinate onsite teams and special projects.
Jenna works with clients to meet their needs on a daily basis. Jenna encourages our clients to use all of the many products Digitell has to offer.

With a background in logistics, Nicole specializes in managing and maintaining client relationships to ensure that Digitell’s clients are pleased.
Erin deals with day to day client relationships along with coordinating conference logistics.
Dayna has a hand in client relations, while also undertaking conference logistics and data entry daily.
Aside from working regularly with data entry and logistics, Kristin also assists in client relations.
Rhonda is our Trade-show Coordinator and works along side the Project Managers assisting with Data Entry, Logistics and Customer Service.
Kelly is a recent SUNY Fredonia graduate and works regularly with data entry, logistics, and client relations.
Kieran brings a vast amount of experience in customer service and management.
Chris currently oversees the management of Digitell’s staff and also manages office workflow.
Equipment manager responsible in testing and packing the equipment leaving for shows, as well as shipping and receiving on-site equipment.
Assists with Researching, developing and implementing industry standard best practices while improving the data and server infrastructures within Digitell Inc.
Debbie tackles content & material management, quality control, and acts as a backup receptionist.

With over 14 years of audio recording and editing experience, Jim specializes in creative applications and process management for the Live Events Department.
Danielle manages all live event projects. With her strong background in customer service and client relations, she is working one on one with clients to ensure their needs are met and live events run smoothly.
James has taken on many roles with his talents, making him a true problem-solver. His fearless, never-stop-learning attitude, expands the company into new horizons.
Joe is responsible for the running of web events, entry of data, and documentation for broadcasts. He also assists in the processing and archiving of webinar sessions.

Angie has a robust history in technical support with a talent for remembering the fine details. She handles web chat, phone calls, and an advanced ticketing system daily.
Daylan has years of customer service experience. He goes the extra mile handling issues in live chat, phones, and emails.
Onsite Logistics and Production
Seth travels around the country overseeing the onsite staff. He also manages Digitell’s remote office in Washington D.C. and aids in the editing process of captured content.
Rocky is an experienced multifaceted professional audio and video engineer, he develops and standardizes our progressive on-site services and builds business partnerships.
John has over 30 years of experience working in all facets of the convention recording industry.
With over 30 years in audio engineering, Hank is a veteran in the on-site audio-video industry. He currently acts as Digitell’s A/V Director, as well as a Lead Technician.
Pete has over 20 years of experience working in event production and recording.
Al is a veteran in the audio-video production industry. He is also our Lead On-Site Salesman.
With over 15 years of experience Chad has a media background akin to that of a Swiss army knife. He has an extensive background in live video, editing, and live audio.
With 27 years experience in convention recording, Allen is versatile at audio-visual capture, camera, live stream broadcast, and editing.
Doug is a veteran freelance video technician and cameraman with Digitell. He is a valuable asset to our travel team.

Maribeth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Film/Television Production. With 8 years of experience, she has an extensive knowledge base in all aspects of video and audio production.

Jack has over 30 years of experience working across North America in Conference Recording as well as Live Streaming.

James is responsible for overseeing the technology strategy, planning, and execution of all Digitell IT related operations.
Mark is a specialist in high performance application development and database design. Mark is the Lead Engineer and Systems Architect of OPUS DX Live.
