PRODUCED EVENTS

We can deliver your Webinar using live speakers or can pre-record multiple speakers for a 1 hour or multi-day event. Our full production team will capture, edit, and deliver a high quality, professional presentation that can be played over and over again to reach international markets.

NO PER ATTENDEE FEE

Our flat fee will handle the attendee needs for most Associations (up to 2,500 for video and 10,000 for audio/PPT). Our cloud technology allows us to have the flexibility to adjust to your needs, so whether you expect 50 and get 500 or expect 500 and get 50, you pay no additional costs. Additional charges apply over the stated limits.

NO PHONE CHARGES

Why continue to use services that result in high phone costs, when we can deliver your Webinar through the user’s device without incurring any extra charges at all.

REGISTRATION

We can handle all your online registration needs, capturing your attendee information and making that all available to you after the event.

E-COMMERCE

Along with the registration, we can handle your e-commerce as well. All funds will be collected and provided to the client, less a 5% credit card transaction fee.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT CALL CENTER

We are one of few companies with a full Technical Support Call Center to handle any, and all issues with your attendees and/or speakers. Without tech support, your members will be frustrated and unhappy when they can’t register for your event or have technical difficulties. Most self-service Webinar Platforms do not have the kind of tech support that Associations require. As an association, you spend lots of time and money getting your members to attend your events. You can’t afford them having a bad experience because of no or inadequate tech support. Our Call center is open 1 hour before, during, and 1 hour after your event.

EVALUATIONS / CE MODULE

Our Evaluation and CE Module can handle all your Evaluation and CE needs for your virtual audience. We provide all the technology for electronically filling out evaluations, taking tests, creating a certificate, and managing the attendees CE for the year. Full CE reporting through an administration panel provides you real-time information on your evaluation or CE activity. Additional charges apply.

MOBILE

All Webinars delivered through our platform are completely mobile and can be accessed on any Android or OI (Apple) device, from PC to tablets to smartphones.

MULTIPLE BIT RATES

We broadcast in multiple bit rates, so the end user has a perfect experience regardless of the device or the bandwidth they are using. Our servers recognize the device and the bandwidth the user has and sends them the appropriate signal to maximize their experience and eliminate buffering.

MULTI-LANGUAGE

Using the power of Syndicast, we can deliver your Webinar in multiple languages via a translation service. Additional charges apply.

CLOSED CAPTION

EVENT MODERATOR

We provide a moderator for every event or will work with a monitor that you provide. A moderator is important in communicating with attendees and answering questions or relaying important information.

ENGAGEMENT TEAM

Our staff members are experts at engaging your attendees and making sure the experience is a positive one. We know that the experience your attendees have is vital in whether they come back again for other events or get turned off and never return. Many associations underestimate the importance of an engagement specialist in the event.

EXPERIENCED EVENT MANAGER

All our clients are assigned an event manager with experience in running virtual events. These managers will be with you from beginning to end, making sure you are getting the best customer service possible. These managers will provide you with free consulting, sharing strategies on structuring a virtual event program perfect for your particular association.

RECORDING OF EVENT

All your events will be recorded using high quality recording equipment so you get the best and most flexible recording for post event use. All recordings will be delivered in an MP4 format for playback on any device and any platform.

REPORTING

We have the most sophisticated reporting system available. Through an administration panel, you can access a suite of reports to learn exactly who attended your event, what every attendee did while at the event, what devices your attendees were using, what geographic location they were, at and lots more. All reports can be downloaded and imported into your system for analysis.

FEES

We charge a flat fee for our webinar service which includes all the above features. Those requiring an additional charge are noted accordingly. This means there are no hidden fees, no surprise costs and no additional charges other than what was outlined in the contract.
