Description: We are seeking to fill a full-time assistant role in our administration department. The qualified individual will be required to work directly with our Account and Project Managers to better serve our clients needs. This individual will be responsible for the following but not limited to just these items.
Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Completing job file folders
• Data entry (session info, speaker bios, photos)
• Proofreading spreadsheets & event pages for mistakes
• Making updates from clients
• Pulling reports
• Generating record schedules, changes logs, all sessions lists
• Proofing flyers/order forms
• Printing & packing flyers/order forms
• Booking flights
• Confirming hotel rooms
• Eventually email correspondence with clients as needed
• Tracking equipment & flyers

We are seeking to fill a full-time Live Event Technician to assist in the day-to-day processes of webinars, recordings, conferences and rebroadcasts

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Manage, setup, and operate rebroadcasts, recordings and webinars
• Provide support for rebroadcasts, recordings, and webinars
• Monitor and assist with live broadcasts
• Work collaboratively with remote teams during live broadcast events
• Assist in day-to-day communication with clients
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

An ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
• Adaptable to unexpected changes in work flow
• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Enjoys staying current on the latest technology
• Strong values and ethics
• Professional written and verbal communications skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
