For the last 50 years or more, Associations have relied on the tried and true Exhibit Sponsorship offerings to their exhibitors – lanyards, coffee breaks, snacks, signage, breakfasts, tote bags, Conference proceedings, etc. While many of these have been successful in brand recognition, many do not deliver the additional leads and revenue today’s exhibitors are looking for.
With the onset of digital products comes a whole new suite of possible Sponsorship offerings that will make most exhibitors take notice. Try introducing some of these into your Exhibit Sponsorship Offering and energize your exhibitors while increasing your revenue stream.
1. FREE ACCESS SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship gives your exhibitors an ability to sponsor the free distribution of your educational session recordings to all attendees. The valuable part for the exhibitor is that all attendees must come to their booth and get a Free Access Pass, which unlocks the key to getting access to the content. This Sponsorship is designed for those exhibitors looking to drive additional traffic to their booth in order to generate additional leads and additional sales from the show. Not only is this an effective way of driving attendees to the exhibit hall, but it provides the Association with a way of paying for the capture of all their educational content.
2. LIVE STREAM SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship gives your exhibitors an ability to sponsor a Live Stream of select sessions to a virtual audience, expanding the reach of your education to an international audience. Sponsors would have their logo appear on the player and can provide one or more promotional videos that could be played prior to the session starting and in between sessions. This is an ideal way to strengthen relationships with their community or to provide the education to employees unable to attend the event.
3. HOST A LIVE STREAM SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship gives your exhibitors the ability to host the Live Stream of your conference in a privately branded player so that they may share the education with their community, which could be their employees, customers and/or prospects. Exhibitors would have their own private chat and resources page within the player.
4. SESSION ON-DEMAND SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship gives your exhibitors the ability to sponsor select sessions from the conference and make access to the On-Demand version available on their web site, in a branded embedded player, to their entire community. This helps drive traffic to their web site and builds relationships with their community.
5. SESSION CREDITS SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship gives your exhibitors the ability to purchase Session Credits that can be given out as a promotional product. Each Credit would provide the user the ability to watch one session from the conference for free. Giving away education is a great good will gesture on the part of companies.
6. RE-BROADCAST SPONSORSHIP
This sponsorship gives your exhibitors an ability to sponsor a Re-Broadcast of any session recorded at the conference. Keep the excitement of your conference alive by Re-Broadcasting Sessions post-conference, sponsored by your exhibitors. This is also a great way to increase physical attendance by giving those unable to attend a taste of what they missed.
